NAPP Issues First Bookmaking Licenses in Uzbekistan
Uzbekistan's National Agency for Perspective Projects has issued its first bookmaking and online gambling licenses to Olimpbet and Aurum Vale.
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) – For the first time in Uzbekistan, the National Agency for Perspective Projects (NAPP) has granted licenses for online bookmaking and internet-based risk games. The agency's official license registry indicates that these permits were awarded to two companies: Olimpbet and Aurum Vale.
Each company secured two licenses, valid for a five-year period, with an expiration date of July 30, 2031.
Olimpbet obtained ITO license No. 001, authorizing it to operate risk-based games online through its olimpbet.uz website, and BF license No. 001 for its bookmaking operations. Both licenses were issued on July 31, 2026, following NAPP Orders No. 62 and No. 63, which were dated July 27.
Similarly, Aurum Vale received ITO license No. 002 for organizing online risk-based games via its oltinbet.uz website, along with BF license No. 002 for bookmaking activities. These licenses were also issued on July 31, in accordance with NAPP Orders No. 64 and No. 65, both dated July 27.
According to data from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations, Olimpbet was established on June 2, 2021, in Tashkent's Chilanzar District. Its primary business activity is categorized as "other recreational and entertainment activities." The company's charter capital is 63.1 billion soums. The founders include Rif Amirovich Sharaev, holding a 50% stake; Sergei Gennadievich Kozyavkin, with 17.4%; Darina Borisovna Denisova, with 16.3%; and Andrei Nikolaevich Petukhov, also with 16.3%. Natalya Aleksandrovna Demidova serves as the company's head.
Aurum Vale was registered on July 14, 2025, in Tashkent's Bektemir District. Its main activity is listed as "other information service activities not elsewhere classified." The company's charter capital is 67.2 billion soums. Abror Sabitovich Shermatov is the sole founder, owning 100% of the company. Vasily Vladimirovich Biryukov is listed as the head.
