NAPP Revokes Investment Intermediary License of Toshkent Investitsiya Majmui

The National Agency for Perspective Projects (NAPP) of Uzbekistan has rescinded the license held by Toshkent Investitsiya Majmui LLC, which permitted it to operate as an investment intermediary in the securities market.
This action, as stated by the agency, aligns with Article 33 of the Republic of Uzbekistan's Law "On Licensing, Permissive and Notification Procedures," and also with paragraph 49 of the Regulation detailing the licensing process for professional activities of investment intermediaries and fiduciary managers of investment assets within the securities market.
License No. 1424, originally granted to the company on August 16, 2023, has been withdrawn. This decision became effective on July 29, 2026.
NAPP further indicated that the official register of professional participants in the securities market, accessible on the agency's website, has been updated to reflect these changes.
