Court Revokes License of Rayyan Kids Land Kindergarten
The Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court has revoked the license of the Rayyan Kids Land private kindergarten following reports and evidence of physical and psychological abuse of children.

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court has canceled the license of the Rayyan Kids Land private kindergarten, responding to a request from the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of Uzbekistan to implement legal measures against the institution.
The court's decision annulled the license that had been granted on 13 August 2025 to the family-run establishment for offering non-state educational services. After the ruling was announced, the presiding judge clarified the details of the judicial decision to the involved parties, including the process and deadlines for filing an appeal.
As previously noted by the Tashkent City Department of Preschool and School Education, the legal action was prompted by instances of physical and psychological abuse of a student, along with six other serious violations found at the kindergarten.
The department reported that the incident occurred on 24 June 2026, when a teacher inflicted physical and psychological harm on a child. In response, the administration initiated a lawsuit seeking the revocation of the preschool's license.
Earlier, videos depicting the mistreatment of children at Rayyan Kids Land had circulated widely on social media. During the ensuing investigation, law enforcement discovered that a 36-year-old teacher had repeatedly employed physical force against the children.
A criminal case has been opened in connection with the incident, and forensic medical examinations are set to assess the nature and extent of the injuries suffered by the children.
