Ministry of Internal Affairs: International Search for Ravshan Mukhitdinov Called Off
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The international search for businessman Ravshan Mukhitdinov, commonly referred to as "Ravshan Zolotoy," has been terminated as investigators found no evidence to support any wrongdoing on his part. Dilmurod Mirsadikov, Deputy Head of the Tashkent Main Department of Internal Affairs (GDVD), made this announcement during a press conference at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Mirsadikov explained that the criminal case against Mukhitdinov was first opened in 2021, which led to him being placed on the wanted list. Subsequently, the section of the case related to the businessman was dismissed due to the statute of limitations for criminal prosecution expiring.
After receiving further complaints, law enforcement agencies resumed their search efforts and continued their investigative work.
However, the investigation ultimately determined that the claims against Ravshan Mukhitdinov could not be substantiated, resulting in the official cancellation of the international search, as stated by the Tashkent GDVD representative.
In April 2026, the 37-year-old businessman was listed on Interpol’s "Red Notice" list. At that time, he faced charges including the intentional destruction or damage of property, involvement in or formation of an organized armed group, and hooliganism.
