Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — All preschool educational institutions in the Bukhara Region will temporarily halt operations from July 15, 2026, to July 17, 2026, due to unusually high temperatures. This information was shared by the press service of the regional education department.
The agency indicated that temperatures in the area are anticipated to reach between 44 and 45 degrees Celsius this week. This decision aims to safeguard the health and lives of young children and to mitigate the adverse effects of the severe heat.
These measures affect all preschool educational institutions throughout the region.
State-operated preschool educational organizations are set to resume their activities following the established protocol on July 20, 2026.
