Winners of the 1 billion soum "Mustaqillik-35" educational grant have been announced

Within the framework of the "Metsenat" project, the winners of the 1 billion soum "Mustaqillik-35" (Independence-35) educational grant have been announced. Out of 15,290 applications, each of the 100 selected students will receive a grant of 10 million soums to cover their tuition fees.

Within the framework of the "Metsenat" project, the winners of the "Mustaqillik-35" educational grant have been determined. According to this, a total of 1 billion soums will be allocated, with 10 million soums for each of the 100 students to cover their tuition fees. The grant was awarded to 67 girls and 33 boys.

Economics and Finance — 26 people;

Philology and Languages — 25 people;

Medicine — 13 people;

Jurisprudence — 13 people;

Technology, IT, and Engineering — 6 people;

Social and Political Sciences — 6 people;

Pedagogy — 5 people;

Natural and Exact Sciences — 3 people;

Agriculture and Biotechnology — 3 people.

A total of 15,290 applications were received for the grant. In selecting the winners, the student's academic performance, their family's social status, disability, loss of parents, active participation in public affairs, and achievements were taken into account.

The main goal of the "Metsenat" project is to provide financial support on a voluntary basis to needy students who are struggling to pay their tuition fees but possess talent and potential.
