Applications for student housing at state higher education institutions are accepted from August 1st each year until the end of the academic year. Students can submit applications online through my.gov.uz or kontrakt.edu.uz. Below, we explain the application process step by step.
Who will be placed in a student dormitory without waiting?
An application for placement in a student dormitory can be submitted online through the kontrakt.edu.uz system. To do this, select the "Student Accommodation" service from the "Public Services" section.
The system automatically forms the student's basic personal data, such as JSHSHIR, passport data, and place of study. The student must check the accuracy of this information and continue the application. At this stage, consent to the terms of the public offer is required. It is recommended to fully familiarize yourself with these terms before giving consent.
The student may be required to enter additional information related to the place of permanent residence and accommodation. It is important to enter all information without errors, since incorrect or incomplete information can negatively affect the process of considering the application.
Certain categories of students are given priority when placing in a student dormitory. If there is another student in the student's family who is studying on a fee-based contract basis, his/her passport details will also be required to use the relevant benefit. Also, if the applicant or his/her family falls into one of the established social categories, this information may be automatically determined by electronic systems or a supporting document may be required to be uploaded.
