What will the new special service uniform for court staff look like?

It became known what the new special service uniform for judicial staff will look like.

During the presentation of measures aimed at deepening reforms in the judicial system to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, samples of special service uniforms for judicial staff were also considered. The video of the "Uzbekistan 24" TV channel showed what this uniform looks like.

According to the presented samples, the service uniform will consist of a dark blue suit-trousers (skirt for women), a light-colored shirt and a blue tie. It will also feature the emblem of the judicial system on the epaulettes and on the left sleeve. For the summer season, a version without a suit, with a short-sleeved shirt, is proposed.

The presentation noted that special service uniforms for judicial staff will allow citizens to easily recognize judicial staff and will serve to increase their professional responsibility.

It is planned to develop a draft departmental document on samples of specialized service uniforms for judicial officials with official ranks and the procedure for wearing them by June 2027. This is stipulated in the Strategy for Building a People's and Just Judicial System in New Uzbekistan, approved by the presidential decree of August 14.

Article 95 of the Law "On Courts" stipulates that a judge shall administer justice in special uniforms. The description and samples of the uniform are approved by the Senate. Currently, judges work in robes. Dark red is chosen for judges of the Constitutional Court, and dark blue for other judges.
