What are the cost and conditions of the one-month military service?
The following individuals are accepted into the one-month military service:
Men aged 18–27; those who are deemed fit for service despite having certain health restrictions; those who cannot defer military service due to studies, family, or health reasons; those who have not been called up for draft service.
The service is organized on a territorial basis, and participation takes place once in a one-month military training camp.
The fee for the one-month military service is equal to 7 times the minimum wage. From September 1, 2026, the minimum wage is set at 1 million 360 thousand soums.
Accordingly, 9 million 520 thousand soums are paid for the one-month military service. If the fee is paid in installments over 12 months, it amounts to 793,333 soums per month.
If your family is in the Social Register, the service is free.
This privilege applies to family members aged 18–27.
The service is provided free of charge, and the certificate is issued immediately.
