During inspections, specialists revealed 8.6 thousand violations. Of these, 4.6 thousand cases were related to illegal connections to the water supply networks. The damage was estimated at 112 billion sums, of which 30 billion sums had been recovered by the time of the press conference.

The amount of their debt decreased by 5.4 billion sums. The number of consumers who had not paid for services for more than a year decreased by 46.3 thousand, or by 4%.
