Wanted car found in a repair shop

In the Vobkent district of the Bukhara region, a "Cobalt" car, which was purchased on credit and put on a wanted list due to debt, was found in a repair shop.

It is reported that a citizen registered the car under his wife's name on credit, but failed to make the payments on time. Following this, the bank filed a lawsuit to recover the credit debt.

According to the court document, it was ordered to recover a credit debt of 169,730,965 soums from the debtor in favor of JSCB "Kapitalbank" and to direct the recovery toward the collateral property, a black "Cobalt" car manufactured in 2025.

Since the debt was not settled, a restriction was placed on his property, and the car was put on the wanted list.

During the search operations, the car was found in a car repair shop. It was revealed that some spare parts of the car had been sold off.

The vehicle was seized in accordance with the established procedure and placed in an impound lot for temporary storage.

Currently, enforcement actions are ongoing. Additionally, the bank may file a separate lawsuit in court regarding the recovery of damages caused to the collateral property.
