Drug production workshop in Andijan closed for 19.4 billion soums in debt

The debtor was given a period to voluntarily fulfill his obligations, but the debt was not repaid on time.

In Andijan, a pharmaceutical production workshop was seized due to a debt of 19.4 billion soums.

In Andijan region, the buildings and structures of a pharmaceutical production workshop were seized in order to collect a loan debt.

According to court documents maintained by the Andijan regional department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, a total of 19.4 billion soums of loan debt was set to be collected from the debtor limited liability company in favor of JSCB "Mikrokreditbank".

According to the court decision, the collection is aimed at the buildings and structures of the pharmaceutical production workshop that were pledged.

Although the debtor was given a period to voluntarily fulfill his obligations, the debt was not repaid on time.

After that, the pharmaceutical production workshop, with an initial cost of 19 billion soums, was seized.

Currently, measures are being taken to put this property up for electronic online auction.
