137.7 million soums of unjustified debt written off from an enterprise in Bukhara region

An unjustified debt of 137.7 million soums was written off from an enterprise in the Bukhara region

An unjustified tax debt in the amount of 137.7 million soums was canceled for an entrepreneur from the Romitan district of the Bukhara region. This was reported by the Business Ombudsman.

A representative of "Z.S.Z." LLC sought assistance after the tax authorities failed to comply with a court decision. Previously, the Bukhara Interdistrict Administrative Court had ordered the write-off of turnover tax, fines, and penalties from the enterprise's personal account.

Following an investigation and the intervention of the Business Ombudsman, the debt, along with the accrued penalties, was completely canceled.

In addition, an official warning was issued to the head of the Tax Administration of the Bukhara region. The agency was instructed on the inadmissibility of such violations in the future.
