Violent educators and pedagogues will be barred from education for one year
According to the new law, if an educator or pedagogue in an educational organization commits physical or psychological violence against a child and their actions are found to contain no signs of a crime, they will be subject to an administrative fine and barred from pedagogical activity for a period of one year.

In Uzbekistan, liability has been introduced for cases of violence committed against children in educational organizations. The relevant law was signed by the president on September 11.
According to the additions made to the Code of Administrative Liability, if a person entrusted with the obligation of upbringing and educating minors in an educational organization:
🔹 commits physical violence against a minor child during the process of upbringing and education, as well as harassment manifested in actions such as discrimination or humiliation, if there are no signs of a crime or other established offenses, –
it shall entail a fine in the amount of 1 to 5 times the base calculating amount.
It was also established that persons subjected to administrative liability for committing offenses related to physical and (or) psychological violence against minors during the course of pedagogical activity shall not be allowed to engage in pedagogical activity in the following educational organizations for a period of 1 year:
According to this law, it is envisaged that a father or a mother who is obliged to pay alimony to a minor child who is fully supported by state or non-state institutions shall not be allowed to be exempted from paying alimony.
