Uzmetkombinat launched production of steel grinding balls

Uzmetkombinat has begun producing steel grinding balls.

Uzmetkombinat Joint-Stock Company has commissioned a new facility designed for rolling steel grinding balls. The annual capacity of this facility reaches 300,000 tons of finished product.

The launch of the facility was led by Bakhodir Abdullaev, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Uzmetkombinat. The project was completed in just four months.

The new facility is designed to produce steel grinding balls with diameters of 40 and 50 mm, designed for large industrial enterprises. The products manufactured meet hardness groups IV–V.

The annual capacity of the steel grinding ball facility is 300,000 tons.

Uzmetkombinat emphasizes that the opening of the new facility is one of the stages of the company's ongoing transformation and part of its efforts to accelerate the expansion of production capacity.
