"Uzbekneftegaz" plans to increase daily gas production by 3.9 million m³

The Chairman of the Board of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" Abdugani Sanginov has ordered to ensure an increase in daily natural gas production by 3.9 million cubic meters through the commissioning of new wells before the end of the nine-month period. Another 460 thousand cubic meters per day is expected to be obtained through the capital repair of 16 wells.

An expanded hardware meeting at the company was dedicated to the expected production and economic results for the nine months, existing risks, and tasks that must be completed by the end of the year.

At the time of the meeting, 24 days remained until the end of the nine-month period. In this regard, the company's management was instructed to focus on fulfilling plans in each area, establish the specific causes of existing shortcomings, and take the necessary measures as quickly as possible.

"Today, a specific question must be posed for each area: what did we plan, what have we achieved, what remains unfulfilled, what else needs to be done in the remaining short period, and what result must we achieve?" said Abdugani Sanginov.

Separately, the meeting participants discussed the fulfillment of the natural gas production plan. Management was instructed to utilize additional opportunities to achieve the set targets, maintain production rates at a level comparable to the same period last year, and ensure the effective use of available reserves.

To achieve this, it is necessary to strengthen the analysis of the situation for each field, each well, and facility, ensure the targeted organization of work, and accelerate practical measures to fulfill the annual plan.

The meeting also summarized the results for the wells whose launch was scheduled for August. At the same time, the task was set to launch the wells planned for September before the end of the nine-month period. Due to this, daily production must be increased by 3.9 million cubic meters.

An additional increase of 460 thousand cubic meters per day must be ensured through the capital repair of 16 wells.

In the processing sector, participants analyzed the production of gas condensate, sulfur, and liquefied gas. System enterprises were tasked with bringing the production volumes of these products to 120% of the established plan by the end of the year.

The issue of supplying raw materials to enterprises processing petroleum products was also considered.

A separate block of the meeting was dedicated to preventing emergency shutdowns, preparing for the autumn-winter period, the condition of vehicles, digitalization, localization of production, and the implementation of investment projects.

In particular, responsible persons were instructed to fully prepare booster compressor stations for operation by October 1.

When discussing digitalization, Abdugani Sanginov emphasized that the main criterion must remain the practical return on the implemented solutions.

"We must see digitalization not in presentations and reports, but in production efficiency," noted the Chairman of the Board.

During the meeting, final deadlines were set for the implementation of the "E-Kon", "Drilling Center", ERP, and BI systems, as well as the completion of digitalization at oil depots.

In parallel, the company has already started preparing for 2027. Tasks have been set to accelerate the formation of the geological exploration program, geological and technical measures, production and manufacturing balance, targeted construction program, investment program, and procurement portfolio.

"We have 24 days to successfully complete the nine-month period. 24 days is a short time. But if we organize work correctly in all areas and ensure daily control, we can achieve results. Each manager is personally responsible for the final result in their area," said Abdugani Sanginov.

The main tasks of the meeting were defined as ensuring the fulfillment of the set targets under strengthened control, eliminating backlogs, as well as increasing the financial and production efficiency of the company.
