Uzbekistanis who find themselves in a difficult life situation in Russia and are unable to return home on their own will be assisted in returning to their homeland, including compensation for travel expenses.

For support, individuals can contact the representative office of the Migration Agency of Uzbekistan in Russia or its regional branches.

The agency urged not to delay seeking help. Each application is considered individually, and specialists are ready to provide practical support. The agency's representative office in Russia and its regional branches operate around the clock.

If a citizen does not have the financial means to pay for the journey home, the expenses for returning to Uzbekistan will be compensated.

"We are ready to help you return home," the agency's statement reads.

Earlier, a charter flight arrived in Tashkent with 27 deported citizens of Uzbekistan who had violated the migration laws of Sweden and Poland.
