Citizens of Uzbekistan who find themselves in a difficult financial or other difficult situation in Russia can apply to the Migration Agency to return to their homeland.

Assistance will be provided to citizens in Russia who are unable to return to Uzbekistan due to difficult financial circumstances or other difficult situations. This was reported by the Migration Agency of Uzbekistan.
Citizens who apply to the agency's representative office in the Russian Federation will be provided with assistance in returning to their homeland. The representative office and regional representatives of the agency work around the clock. Each application is considered individually and, if necessary, practical assistance is provided.
According to the agency, in accordance with the established procedure, transportation costs associated with returning to Uzbekistan may be reimbursed.
A 24-hour call center for applications operates at +7 (499) 230-00-32 and +7 (499) 230-00-76. There is also a 24-hour hotline at +7 (925) 045-47-44.
The agency's regional representatives operate in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Samara, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar and Vladivostok.
