Uzbekistanis in Russia were provided with documents and return tickets to their homeland

Consular assistance was provided to six citizens of Uzbekistan in Russia's Novosibirsk Oblast who found themselves in a difficult financial situation and needed to return to their homeland. The necessary documents were prepared for them, and they were provided with tickets to return to Uzbekistan.

The Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Novosibirsk and the representative office of the Migration Agency organized field meetings with citizens of Uzbekistan working in local enterprises.

Diplomats communicated with compatriots working at the bakery products manufacturer "Sibpekar", the "Khiloks commodity base" engaged in packaging and selling fruit and vegetable products, and the SIBELECTROTERM enterprise specializing in metal casting.

Citizens were provided with consultations on consular and legal assistance. Materials containing information about call centers and addresses of diplomatic missions were also distributed to them.

During the talks, special emphasis was also placed on the issue of timely payment of wages. It was explained to the citizens of Uzbekistan that in case of unjustified delay of wages, they can contact the representative office of the Migration Agency in Novosibirsk for a prompt resolution of the problem.

During the meetings, practical assistance was provided to six citizens, including minor children, who found themselves in difficult financial situations and needed to return to Uzbekistan. The necessary documents were processed for them, and tickets to return to their homeland were handed over.

The Consulate General announced that it will continue to assist citizens of Uzbekistan in the Novosibirsk region in processing documents, as well as in protecting their rights and legitimate interests.
