Uzbekistan: Terminal turnover reached 387 trillion soums
The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has published data on the number of bank cards, terminals, ATMs, and turnover for January–July 2026.

According to the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as of August 1, 2026, there were nearly 75.7 million bank plastic cards in Uzbekistan. From January to July 2026, the total volume of transactions processed through payment terminals in the country reached 387.35 trillion soums.
There are 453,500 payment terminals, as well as 47,000 ATMs and information kiosks operating in Uzbekistan. Of these, 27,400 ATMs and information kiosks belong to non-bank payment organizations. The remainder of the network is distributed among 36 commercial banks and the state-owned collection association UzInkassatsiya Birlashmasi DUK.
In the first seven months of this year, Aloqabank became the leader in terminal turnover, processing over 41 trillion soums, accounting for 10.6% of the country's total turnover. The National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs (NBU) took second place with a turnover of 32.2 trillion soums (8.3% of the market), while TBC Bank ranked third with 25.2 trillion soums (6.5%).
The top ten banks by turnover also included Hamkorbank (22.55 trillion soums, 5.8%), Ipak Yuli Bank (21.32 trillion soums, 5.5%), Uzum Bank (21.19 trillion soums, 5.5%), Ipoteka Bank (20.67 trillion soums, 5.3%), Khalk Banki (20.18 trillion soums, 5.2%), Mikrokreditbank (17.10 trillion soums, 4.4%), and Agrobank (16.53 trillion soums, 4.3%).
In the category of issued cards, Khalk Banki leads the way, with over 12.1 million cards issued, accounting for 16% of the total number of cards in circulation. Uzum Bank follows with 7.2 million cards (9.6%) and Agrobank with 6.8 million cards (9%). The top 10 card issuers also included Ipoteka Bank (5.67 million cards, 7.5%), Hamkorbank (5.24 million cards, 6.9%), Anor Bank (5.16 million cards, 6.8%), the National Bank of Ukraine (4.32 million cards, 5.7%), Ipak Yuli Bank (3.83 million cards, 5.1%), TBC Bank (3.64 million cards, 4.8%), and Uzsanoatqurilishbank (3.06 million cards, 4.0%).
Hamkorbank leads in terms of payment terminal network density, with over 68,000 installed terminals. It is followed by the NBU (42,500) and Halk Bank (34,200). Among banks, Halk Bank ranks first in terms of number of ATMs and information kiosks, with over 3,100 devices.
