Uzbekistan presented an updated approach to tourism promotion at the IFTM Top Resa 2026 exhibition

Uzbekistan became the country of honor at the international tourism exhibition IFTM Top Resa 2026, which opened on September 15. At this event, the republic demonstrated an updated vision of its positioning on the global tourism arena.

The country strives to present itself not only as a tourist destination, but also as a culturally distinct and dynamically developing partner for international cooperation.

The national delegation was led by Gayane Umerova, Head of the Department for Creative Economy and Tourism of the Presidential Administration and Chairperson of the Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan.

The updated image of the country is reflected in the design of the national stand. Its design combines natural wood, elements of traditional carving, and national decor with modern functional solutions.

The stand space combines business and cultural sections. Here, meetings between representatives of Uzbekistan and international tour operators and airlines take place, while visitors can get closer acquainted with the country's culture.

As noted, the presented concept will be used in the future for the design of Uzbekistan's national stands at international tourism exhibitions.
