Uzbekistan and Japan discussed personnel training for employment

In Tashkent Region, the creation of a training center to prepare youth for work in Japan was considered. The initiative is being developed jointly with the Japanese company Onodera User Run Co., Ltd.

As part of the implementation of directives from the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, First Deputy Khokim of Tashkent Region Otabek Tursunov, Khokim of Yangiyul Ravshan Raimov, and representatives of the Japanese company visited College No. 1 in Yangiyul.

The visit took place after the head of state reviewed the activities of the "Intil" International Center for Language and Vocational Training and held a meeting on labor migration issues. Following that meeting, tasks were set to establish unified migration centers in the country's regions.

One of the proposals was to open a specialized training center based at the Yangiyul college. It is planned to teach young people the Japanese language and prepare them to obtain category B, C, and D driver's licenses, which are in demand for employment in Japan.

The participants of the visit also inspected the college's material and technical resources, existing training conditions, and the possibilities for organizing the educational process with the participation of Japanese partners.

The project is expected to expand young people's access to vocational training and foreign language study, as well as help build a talent pool for the international labor market.

The initiative aims to create additional opportunities for the legal employment of Uzbek citizens abroad.
