Uzbekistan and China to expand medical cooperation
Uzbekistan and China's Guangzhou Concord Center signed a memorandum of cooperation in medical technology and joint projects.

Abdulla Azizov, Director of the Agency for the Development of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry, held talks with a delegation from the Chinese company Guangzhou Concord Center. Following the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed, according to the Agency for the Development of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry.
During the discussions, the parties discussed prospects for further expanding Uzbek-Chinese cooperation in medicine, including the introduction of advanced technologies, knowledge exchange, and the implementation of joint projects.
Particular attention was paid to improving the quality of medical services and integrating modern diagnostic and therapeutic methods into clinical practice.
Opportunities for leveraging innovative technologies to stimulate industry development were also explored.
The signed memorandum lays the foundation for further practical cooperation and the implementation of joint initiatives.
The document is also intended to facilitate the development of new areas of cooperation between Uzbekistan and China in the medical field.
