Ukraine is ready for five ceasefire formats - MFA

Ukraine is ready to consider five different formats for a ceasefire.

He emphasized that, first of all, this refers to a full and unconditional ceasefire regime, to which Ukraine had already agreed as early as March 2025.

"This consent of Ukraine remains in force, and if there had been a reciprocal consent from the Russian side, it would have entered into force," Tykhyi said.

According to him, in addition, there are also the 2nd and 3rd formats, which are being developed by Turkey and Egypt with the participation of Ukrainian diplomats and concern the Black Sea.

"It takes two to tango, so the consent of the Russian side to these conditions is also necessary. The proposals, in our opinion, are mutually beneficial and realistic," Tykhyi said.

He said the second format concerns the Black Sea, which implies the safety of navigation. The third format relates to food security in the Black Sea. He noted that India is also actively involved in this proposal.
