There are 4 options for a truce with Russia — Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

Ukraine has received ceasefire proposals from the US, India, Turkey, and Egypt. This was announced by Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha, who noted that Ukraine is ready for various forms of truce, but emphasized that the ceasefire must cover both the energy and Black Sea directions, writes "Yevropeyskaya Pravda".

"We have four proposals. The most comprehensive is the proposal from India. We are ready for an energy and Black Sea truce, but only in this combination. A truce in energy and the Black Sea. This means a complete energy truce, stopping strikes on all energy facilities, including port infrastructure," the minister said.

According to him, the proposals from Turkey and Egypt are similar: these countries proposed a truce in the Black Sea aimed at resuming grain exports. The fourth proposal came from the United States. It was discussed by Ukrainian and US Presidents Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Donald Trump during their meeting.

"In general, we believe that a truce could be one of the outcomes of a meeting between President Zelenskyy and Putin. We are ready for various formats of truce, including an unconditional truce along the line of contact," the diplomat assured.

Earlier, after his meeting with Trump in the US, Zelenskyy said that Ukraine was ready for an energy truce, but doubted that the Russians were ready for it. In particular, according to him, if Russia does not want its oil refining industry to be struck by the Ukrainian Defense Forces, Ukraine will agree to an energy ceasefire only if the Russians do not attack Ukraine's energy system, water supply, and heating infrastructure.
