Former deputy hokims of Boston district for investment and agricultural issues were brought to criminal liability.

According to the court verdict, 45-year-old U.S. worked as the deputy hokim of Boston district for agriculture and water management issues, and as the head of the district agriculture department. He was responsible for the implementation of the export plan by farms specializing in horticulture and fruit and vegetable production in the district.

The deputy hokim demanded 5 million soums for 5 hectares of land from the manager of one of the farms in the area and received 4 million soums of it as a bribe.

In addition, U.S. colluded with Sh.D., deputy hokim of Boston district and head of the investments, industry, and trade department.
