Two citizens of Uzbekistan, aged 49 and 29, sustained minor injuries during the attack on the Riyadh airport on October 10. This was reported by the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Omonulla Fayziev. About 20 other Uzbek citizens who were at the airport at the time of the incident were not injured.

On October 10, two citizens of Uzbekistan sustained minor injuries as a result of a ballistic missile strike on Terminal 3 of King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This was announced by the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Omonulla Fayziev.
The citizens, born in 1977 and 1997, were provided with first aid and subsequently taken to Diriyah Hospital. Following a medical examination and the necessary procedures, both patients were discharged from the hospital.
According to preliminary data, about 20 other citizens of Uzbekistan who were at the airport at the time of the incident were not injured, the Foreign Ministry representative said.
"The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Riyadh, together with the relevant authorities of Saudi Arabia, continues to monitor the development of the situation, maintains constant contact with our citizens, and provides them with the necessary consular assistance," noted Omonulla Fayziev.
Answering a question from Gazeta as to whether the victims are relatives, he said that this is currently unknown.
