“Toshshahartransxizmat” will investigate drivers' complaints regarding salaries

Videos have spread on social networks showing bus drivers' complaints about delayed monthly salaries and discrepancies in payments. “Toshshahartransxizmat” commented on this situation and announced that a special working group would be established to investigate the complaints.

It is noted that the salaries of drivers working in the eight bus depots belonging to “Toshshahartransxizmat” are calculated after the end of the worked month.

From the 1st to the 10th of the following month, the hours worked by the driver during the month, the number of completed trips, and their regularity are verified.

After that, the violations committed by the driver while operating on the route during the month are also reviewed. Once all the data is compiled, the exact calculation of the salary is finalized starting from the 10th of the following month. Then, the designated salary begins to be paid to the drivers.

“Toshshahartransxizmat” stated that the salaries calculated for the month of August started to be paid to all drivers from September 15.

A special working group consisting of responsible employees of the company has been established to investigate the complaints in the video appeal. The drivers' complaints will be reviewed one by one, and if deficiencies are identified, measures will be taken against the responsible persons in accordance with the established procedure.

It was stated that additional information would be provided regarding the results of the investigation.
