Market services in Uzbekistan exceed 800 trillion soums

From January to July 2026, the total volume of market services provided in Uzbekistan reached 802.5 trillion soums. This figure represents a real increase of 16.7% compared to the same period last year.

Trade services accounted for the largest share of this volume, amounting to 202 trillion soums. Accommodation and food services reached 149.7 trillion soums, financial services 125.8 trillion soums, and transportation services 121.5 trillion soums.

Furthermore, 61.6 trillion soums were received from communications and information technology services, 27.2 trillion soums from educational services, and 19.4 trillion soums from real estate transactions. Healthcare services accounted for 13.9 trillion soums.

It was previously reported that Uzbekistan's economy grew by 8.5% in the first half of 2026, with the increase in market services cited as a key factor in this growth.
