The volume of postal and courier services in Uzbekistan reached 4.2 trillion soums
In the first half of the year, the volume of postal and courier services increased by 18.2%. The capital's share is higher than that of other regions

The volume of postal and courier services in Uzbekistan reached 4.2 trillion soums. According to the National Statistics Committee, the total value of postal and courier services provided in the country in January-June 2026 amounted to 4.2 trillion soums.
This figure increased by 18.2% compared to the same period last year. The largest share of the volume of services fell on the city of Tashkent. Postal and courier services worth 2.3 trillion soums were provided in the capital for six months. This result is almost 5 times higher than the indicator of the second-placed Samarkand region.
The volume of services in the Samarkand region amounted to 462.2 billion soums, in the Fergana region - 300.6 billion soums, and in the Tashkent region - 289.9 billion soums. In Kashkadarya region, the volume of postal and courier services reached 260.4 billion soums, while in Andijan region this figure was 167.3 billion soums.
In Namangan region, services worth 112.1 billion soums were provided, in Khorezm region - 55.8 billion soums, and in Surkhandarya region - 54.3 billion soums. In Bukhara region, the volume of services was 49.6 billion soums, in the Republic of Karakalpakstan - 44.4 billion soums, and in Syrdarya region - 37.8 billion soums.
In Navoi region, postal and courier services worth 33.5 billion soums were provided, and in Jizzakh region - 32.3 billion soums.
