On the morning of September 7, the Tashkent Metro operated without disruptions

On the morning of September 7, during rush hours, the Tashkent Metro functioned in normal mode: from 07:00 to 10:00, 64 trains transported passengers on four lines, completing 243,821 passenger trips. This was reported by the Tashkent Traffic Management Center (TMC).

During this period, the operation of city transport was under constant control due to the start of the new academic year in higher education institutions. Monitoring was carried out jointly with partner organizations.

To ensure stable movement on the lines with the highest passenger traffic — "Chilanzar" and "Uzbekistan" — the intervals between trains were reduced. According to the TMC, the measures taken made it possible to ensure the stable operation of the metro during the morning peak.

The Situational Management Center monitored the situation at stations and on lines in real time. During the monitoring, no disruptions or inconveniences in train movement were recorded. No crowding of passengers at the stations was observed either.

In addition, no emergency situations related to passenger service occurred during the morning peak.

The TMC emphasized that the operation of the metro and other types of public transport remains under constant control.
