The President announced new benefits for teachers
New benefits for teachers have been announced. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev announced new measures aimed at supporting educators during a meeting with teachers and mentors.
- teachers with a national certificate will receive an additional 50 percent bonus to their monthly salary;
- every year, leader teachers in 208 districts and cities will be awarded 30 million soums each;
- every year, 1,000 teachers will be sent for internships to countries such as Great Britain, France, and Singapore;
- interest-free loans for higher education institution tuition fees will be allocated to the children of educators with at least 15 years of work experience.
