The one-month mandatory professional development requirement for teachers will be abolished
Now, educators will no longer be required to travel to the capital or regional centers to study in mandatory one-month courses for professional development.
The one-month compulsory professional development procedure for teachers will be abolished. Instead, depending on their results in the category test, teachers will be given a professional development voucher for independent training from 18 to 72 hours at a place of their choice. The state will allocate funds for this.
"We prepared for this meeting with great difficulty. I tried to act as if I were walking alongside you. These are your difficult issues. Of course, it will be hard. But if we put this interest in its place, there will be a change," the President said.
