**Transfermarkt: List of most valuable players not participating in the Champions League has been announced**

While the opponents of the 36 teams participating in the general group stage of the European Champions League for the 2026/27 season have been determined, there are also some of the most valuable players in the world who will not be able to participate in this prestigious tournament this season.

The Transfermarkt portal has compiled a rating of players who will not participate in the new Champions League season, but whose transfer value exceeds 70 million euros. This list includes 11 players, 6 of whom are representatives of the London club Chelsea.

The first place in the rating is occupied by Morgan Rodgers, who recently joined the "aristocrats", whose value is estimated at 110 million euros. The second and fourth places are also occupied by players from the London club - Cole Palmer, Moises Caicedo and Enso Fernandes, each of whom has a market value of 100 million euros.

* Morgan Rodgers ("Chelsea") - 110 million euros;

* Cole Palmer ("Chelsea") - 100 million euros;

* Moises Caicedo ("Chelsea") - 100 million euros;

* Enso Fernandes ("Chelsea") - 100 million euros;

* Sandro Tonali ("Tottenham") - 80 million euros;

* Joao Pedro ("Chelsea") - 80 million euros;

* Estevao ("Chelsea") - 80 million euros;

* Kenan Yildiz ("Juventus") - 75 million euros;

* Morgan Gibbs-White ("Nottingham Forest") - 70 million euros;

* Adam Wharton (Crystal Palace) - €70 million;

* Eli Junior Kroupi (Bournemouth) - €70 million.

Of the 11 players on the list, 10 play in the English Premier League. Most of them will not participate in any of the European club competitions this season. These include players from Chelsea, Tottenham and Nottingham Forest.

At the same time, Eli Junior Kroupi, Adam Wharton and Kenan Yildiz will participate in the Europa League.

For your information, the draw for the general group stage of the 2026/27 Champions League season was made on August 27. The first round matches will be held on September 8-10.
