The Ministry of Emergency Situations shared details of a fire at a construction site in New Tashkent. Earlier, footage from the scene showing thick black smoke appeared on social media.

As specified by the department, on September 8, the 112 service received a report of construction materials catching fire in the upper part of the facility. Fire and rescue crews arrived at the scene immediately.

The fire was completely extinguished at 15:40. According to the department, there were no casualties.

The causes of the fire are being established.
