The head of Nurafshan's youth affairs department was fired for insulting his subordinates.

An internal investigation revealed that Mirkarim Akhmadzhonov not only violated ethical standards but also committed a number of shortcomings in his work. His employment contract has been terminated. The investigation into the violations identified is ongoing.

The head of the Nurafshan city youth affairs department was dismissed from his position after it was discovered that he had insulted his subordinates.

According to the Tashkent Region Youth Affairs Department, the incident occurred on August 18 during a meeting attended by youth leaders. Akhmadzhonov committed a gross violation of professional ethics by making harsh and offensive statements.

A subsequent investigation also revealed shortcomings in his professional conduct. As a result, his employment contract was terminated. An investigation into other possible violations is ongoing.

The department emphasized that all managers and employees are obligated to strictly adhere to professional ethics, respect the honor and dignity of their colleagues, and promote a healthy work environment.

Mirkarim Akhmadzhonov, 31, took up this position in February of this year. Previously, he worked as a youth leader in the Tarakkiyot mahalla in Nurafshan.
