According to a citizen who contacted the editorial office on condition of anonymity, on August 19 of this year, Mirkarim Ahmadjonov, head of the Nurafshon city department, held a meeting. The boss ignored the presence of women at the meeting, and even rejected one of the employees' suggestions to "exit the women."
Kun.uz presents an abridged version of the conversation, removing the embarrassing words from the audio:
**Boss:** If you go to your neighborhood ... ....., .... ...... . He doesn't know his age ... ...…
**Boss:** – What about you?
**Employee:** - When you called yesterday, the phone was "urgently" from home.
**Boss:** - What are you doing here ..... .......? Didn't you come back from the phone then, kid? Don't you remember, I'll remind you that when I called you, you didn't come back from the phone. If you're an old lion .... ..... if you all..... one by one ..... go to your favorite. Go to your favorite!
**Employee:** - Can I say one thing? Can the girls come out?
**Chief:** Keep it up, girls. What time did you come? What time did I go in there?
**Employee:** -5:30.
**Chief:** Is it 5:30? Is it 15 less than five? No, that's it... even if you've done something wrong in your neighborhood, .... .... it's something to keep track of, you take a picture of the daily information, you put it on the table you gave, here's the assistant to the mayor, you can pass it on to the women, that's all for an hour's work for me. I'll do all this information in an hour, ... .... if necessary, do it like this ...... No, I don't need to collect the numbers here, and if you don't understand the numbers, that's why I collected them, that's why I called the numbers. I don't need it, those who do the work of your neighborhood here are good for me. I've been telling you for a month, this is the Namangan experience, you don't understand anyone ......, four neighborhoods ...., you can't do anything. You gave me osh before, but your problem is osh. Sans like it, do Sans like such dirty talk. Like, if I told you two hours ago, you're half an hour late .... I'm not talking to anyone, you're half an hour late. Sans, Ro'zimatilla? No, for goodness sake, are you answering me like osh?
**Employee:** -Why? I left yesterday "on an emergency", I came here, I left at 7, I had to take medicine. I told the children, if everyone gathers...
**Boss:** -What do you want, children, are you the boss here?
**Employee:** -No, you said it was at a meeting. The people at home called and said to bring the medicine quickly. I went to get it later.
**Boss:** -When you have work to do, you call me and write me a text message, right? Do you forget about San at a time like this? What about you?
**Employee:** -I wrote a text message, you didn't answer, it was past 7:30 when I left here...
**Boss:** -When you were coming to work, you said you were working, you said you would take me, didn't you say you had a family problem? Mahtuna, it concerns you too, didn't you say that? What about San?
**Boss:** - .... ..... You can't find San at all. Write, "My boss is being harsh on me, I'm writing my application in this regard," here. Write.
**Employee:** - It's over, it can't be undone, listen, the situation has become like this, and the most interesting thing is that it has become like this for everyone again.
**Boss:** - Well, if you have a situation, you call me, don't force your situation on me. Do you understand? Write, Otajon. Don't you like the work?
**Employee:** - Why, everything is fine.
**Boss:** - What about you? You? Bakhtiyor, Dilshod? You, Rozimatilla?
**Employee:** - I wouldn't be here if I didn't like it.
**Boss:** - You?
**Employee:** - No problem, now it's like this yesterday...
**Boss:** - We're working at a different time, it's not known at a different time.
**Employee:** -Which one? Which one?
**Boss:** -We walked until nine o'clock.
**Employee:** -Where did you walk until nine?
**Employee:** -The day before yesterday, we walked until nine, because you said so. Now, is it clear that we missed one last night?
**Boss:** -Which nine-hour prayer are you talking about?
**Employee:** -I'm talking about the prayer.
**Boss:** -Is it because of the prayer?
**Employee:** -Well, what difference does it make, because we all walked with you, because you said so, because of what you said.
**Chief:** -Hey, shut up, I didn't tell you that, it's just that...
**Employee:** -What's the difference, we're standing by you, because you're our boss. That won't happen anymore, and we're standing by you too. If I were to speak, I'd be arguing, right? But for example, when would you say we're standing by you or not?
**Chief:** -Hey, most of you are laughing.
**Employee:** -Let it go, it won't do anything for once.
**Chief:** -What should I say? I got a letter of apology this morning, can someone stand up for me here? Come on, can someone stand up for me? Will you stand up for me? Come on, do you have the courage to stand up for me in the morning? Speak up! I got a letter of apology from the governor this morning. Do you have the courage to stand here and give me a job? You talk to me one by one with your mouth open ........ If you are working, you are working for yourself, there are no people working for me here. I am working for my family, and you are working for your family ..... You talk as if you are working for my belly ..., this is my assignment! It's not too late, here. That's it, if you don't like it, leave it. I will say this, I will say that I have this much vacancy. The mayor said: "How many employees do you have?" He said. "I am alone," I said, "I don't even have a specialist." He said, "You don't talk to your leaders." Here, Jawohir aka is standing there. He said, "You are not working." Which of you is to blame, where are you working the most? We are working, or rather, I am working together with the others here. I may be working a little less, I didn't work that day, that's right. You have no manners, don't be upset, that day, Maftuna, you were standing in front of an internal affairs officer, you were talking politely, I was embarrassed by that, you know. I will think about it for a minute and talk to Sayid aka. That won't happen, he is the deputy, you are standing in front of the deputy internal affairs officer...
**Employee (Maftuna):** -Sayid aka is my acquaintance, that's why I spoke to him as a neighbor, I didn't say anything bad.
**Boss:** -Okay, I am your supervisor in front of you, don't talk like that.
**Employee (Maftuna):** -Now you... I am standing in front of you, right? I am standing in front of you.
**Boss:** -Stop, if you look for fault, it will come out. Stop, don't look for fault.
**Employee (Maftuna):** -I'm not looking for fault, I'm telling you what you have. I'm telling you what you have.
**Boss:** -I won't count yours...
**Employee (Maftuna):** -What, what, what are you counting?
**Boss:** -What's the point of being in everyone's company right now?
**Employee (Maftuna):** -What, what, what are you talking about?
**Another employee:** -That's enough, do it now.
**Employee (Maftuna):** -What? There's no need for such unnecessary talk.
**Boss:** -If you don't like it, write a resignation letter saying you won't work. What are you going to do?
**Employee (Maftuna):** -I'm saying let's not find fault with each other.
**Boss:** -What's wrong with me, tell me what's wrong with me?
**Employee (Maftuna):** -Oh, make everyone else guilty, stop now.
**Boss:** -That's what I'm saying, I'm saying it in general. If you find fault, everyone will be found guilty.
**Boss:** -That's it, you're telling me now, if you tell your boss, you're saying "I know your fault". Is that right?
**Employee (Maftuna):** -No, I didn't say I know your fault, if you find fault, everyone will be found guilty, stop. We're all talking about something trivial now...
**Boss:** -You're talking to me in two different ways now. Don't be censored!
**Employee (Maftuna):** -That's enough, don't do that.
**Boss:** -I'm going to tell you not to be offended, even though you're being disrespectful.
**Employee (Maftuna):** -I didn't disrespect you.
**Boss:** -Maftuna…
**Boss:** -Maftuna, I'm the first to hear what you said.
