Neighbors who came to the rescue in time handed the man over to the precinct inspectors. As it turned out, this person was Asadullo Abdurashidov, an employee of the Fergana internal affairs department, who allegedly broke into someone's house while drunk before.

Shahnoza Olimova told the story as follows: “I live in the Eco-city of Fergana. On the night of August 6-7, at about 02:00, there was a sudden knock on my window. My husband had gone to Tashkent on a business trip. At first, I fell asleep, but I went to the window, wondering if I had not noticed that my husband had come. When I looked, a strange man was standing near my window. He started knocking on the window glass without stopping. There are 3 windows on the street side, and he knocked on all three one by one. I waited for 20 minutes, thinking that he would leave, that he must have gotten lost, but he did not leave. That day, I was alone at home with my 2-year-old daughter. I am 7 months pregnant. I called 102. Then again After 20 minutes, I also called 112. It was around 02:40. The police officers had not yet arrived. At that time, a strange man was trying to open the window. After that, I called a neighbor for help. While my neighbor was downstairs, a strange man was trying to open one of my windows from the outside and get in. Many neighbors caught the man. At around 03:20, the precinct inspector came and took the man away. The precinct inspectors found out that the man who broke into my house was an officer of the Fergana City Police Department and let him go. The man returned and drove the car he had parked near our "dom" so drunk that he could not stand. I filed a complaint with the police department about the situation. After that, I lost my appetite. They took me to the hospital. I was afraid that the fetus in my womb It turned out to be upside down. They gave me a referral to Roddom. The husband of the man who broke into my house called and said that the employee had done the same thing before. They said that the man had previously drunkenly broken into the yard of a house where a girl was getting married and was expected to get married soon. He broke into my house today, who can guarantee that he won’t break into someone else’s house tomorrow? I demand that strict action be taken against the employee.”

Then the precinct inspectors came and took him away. Later, we learned that the man was released because he was an internal affairs officer. Not long after, he returned and drove his car while drunk again.”
