The first selection process for housing subsidies for medical and pharmaceutical workers will be held on October 9. In it, 125 winners will be determined. Out of 4,728 applications received in the third quarter, 1,657 have been admitted to the selection process.

The first selection for housing subsidies for medical and pharmaceutical workers will be held on October 9 at 10:00 AM. Among the 1,657 candidates who met the specified requirements, 125 winners will be determined through an automatic random selection method. This was announced by the Ministry of Health.
By the end of the third quarter of 2026, a total of 4,728 applications for subsidies had been received. Of these, 1,657 were found to meet the established requirements and were included in the selection.
The selection will be conducted through the website ins-subsidiya.imv.uz. The process will be broadcast live on the official Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram pages of the Ministry of Health. The results will be announced by application ID numbers. The status of the application can also be tracked through the personal cabinet on the my.gov.uz portal.
According to the procedure approved by Government Resolution No. 310 of June 12, medical and pharmaceutical workers with at least 15 years of work experience in state medical institutions can be candidates for the subsidy. In this case, the candidate must currently be working in a state medical institution. Financial assistance is provided to a family — either the husband or the wife — only once.
The subsidy will be directed to cover 25 percent of the down payment on a mortgage loan for purchasing a house or apartment from the primary housing market. Medical workers can purchase housing from any region in the republic, regardless of the region where they are permanently registered.
Applications are submitted through Public Service Centers or my.gov.uz. The selection is held quarterly. Applications that fully meet the requirements are entered into a separate registry at the end of each quarter, and 125 winners set for that quarter are determined from among them through automatic random selection.
A medical worker who receives a notification about the allocation of a subsidy will need to conclude a primary contract with a construction organization to purchase housing on mortgage.
