The dollar exchange rate has increased in Uzbekistan

The value of the dollar in Uzbekistan has increased.

The Central Bank has announced a new exchange rate of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum, effective from August 27.

According to it:

* The US dollar has appreciated by 45.17 soums, amounting to 11,823.69 soums.

* The euro has increased by 63.31 soums, reaching 13,797.06 soums.

* The Russian ruble has also increased by 0.78 soums, amounting to 139.74 soums.

Recall that earlier the dollar exchange rate had fallen from 11,800 soums to 11,778.52 soums.
