The dollar fell below 11,800 soums in Uzbekistan

The dollar exchange rate in Uzbekistan fell below the 11,800 soum mark.

The Central Bank has announced new exchange rates for foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum, effective from August 20.

According to them:

* The US dollar fell by 25.52 soums to 11,794.88 soums.

* The euro rose by 1.12 soums to 13,685.60 soums.

* The Russian ruble fell by 0.38 soums to 138.67 soums.

Recall that earlier it was reported that the dollar exchange rate in Uzbekistan had been falling for four consecutive days.
