THE CHINA TOWN, MAGNET, AND LUNA PARK TO OPEN AT ETÉRA MALL
MANAR Development has completed negotiations with the anchor tenants of ETÉRA MALL. Initial agreements cover the future complex's core areas: food retail, gastronomy, and entertainment.

The ETÉRA MALL shopping center will feature THE CHINA TOWN, MAGNET, and LUNA PARK.
The ETÉRA complex, which includes a shopping and entertainment center, a business center, and apartments, is being built at the intersection of Istikbol and Abdulla Qadiri Streets in the capital. The mall's total area exceeds 50,000 square meters. Over 100 stores will be housed on four levels of commercial infrastructure, and a two-story parking garage will accommodate over 350 cars. International consulting firm CMWP estimates the potential daily traffic of this location at 23,000 people.
MANAR Development has begun finalizing an agreement with The China Town, the operator of a large-scale gastronomic food hall project at ETÉRA MALL. The concept, based on the experience of the eponymous project in Dubai Mall, will bring together pan-Asian brands from various regions under one roof. A key feature of the project will be the adaptation of the presented concepts to local market requirements and Halal standards.
"The China Town at ETÉRA MALL is conceived not simply as a food hall, but as a standalone venue introducing visitors to the diversity of modern Asian gastronomy. However, we plan to complement and enhance the project by presenting alternative culinary traditions from around the world," noted Roman Saifulin, Managing Partner of The Food Chain.
One of ETÉRA MALL's largest residents will be the Magnit supermarket chain, an important part of the shopping center's everyday infrastructure, complementing the mall's concept with a strong player in the food retail segment.
Commenting on this event, Magnit CEO Sukhrob Ikramov said: "It is important to us that the new Magnit stores become an integral part of the modern urban infrastructure. We see excellent potential in this location and expect our supermarket to be a key element of the complex's success, offering visitors over 20,000 products and a high level of service."
At the same time, MANAR Development is working on developing the project's entertainment component. Currently, agreements have been reached to locate the international children's entertainment center Luna Park, which has been operating in Uzbekistan since 2020, at ETÉRA MALL.
"For us, a modern center is a place where vibrant emotions and active recreation combine with child development. We hope to transfer the experience of two already proven projects to ETÉRA MALL, while creating a unique concept for a full-fledged family space, taking into account the shopping center's premium status. I hope that Luna Park will become a key focal point of the complex," says a Luna Park representative.
