A new, modern gastronomic center will be built in Bukhara.

During her visit to the Bukhara region, the Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan, Saida Mirziyoyeva, got acquainted with projects aimed at developing tourism infrastructure in the region, increasing tourism potential, and creating modern conditions for guests.

In this context, it is planned to build a modern complex in Bukhara, which will combine national cuisine and gastronomic traditions, in keeping with the atmosphere of the famous Chorsu market and Chigatoy district in Tashkent.

This large gastronomic center, which will occupy an area of one hectare, will be built at the expense of investment funds. The project will serve to increase the tourist attractiveness of Bukhara, create an opportunity for local residents and guests to have quality rest and enjoy national cuisine.

The new complex will bring together the most exquisite and famous national dishes of the Bukhara oasis. Visitors can enjoy the legendary Gijduvan shashlik, delicious Olot somsa, traditional "Oshi sofi" pilaf, as well as national culinary specialties such as yakhna, khalisa, gumma and barak.

The socio-economic significance of the project is also high. The complex will create conditions for 50-60 entrepreneurs to start their activities. As a result, it is expected that about 200 new jobs will be created. The gastronomic center, equipped with modern infrastructure, will have the capacity to serve up to 3-5 thousand guests per day.

This project is expected to play an important role in widely presenting the rich culinary heritage of Bukhara to tourists, forming a unique brand of national dishes and bringing the city's tourism potential to a new level.
