Tashkent Metro and a Chinese university discussed personnel training
The Tashkent Metro and Jilin Railway University discussed specialist training, exchange of experience, and the implementation of modern educational programs.

The Tashkent Metro and a Chinese university held talks on specialist training.
A meeting with a delegation from the Jilin Railway Vocational and Technical University of China was held at Tashkent Metro JSC. The main topics of discussion were the training of qualified personnel for the metro and the expansion of international cooperation.
Representatives of the Chinese side, the Deputy Head of Tashkent Metro JSC, and key employees of the company attended the meeting.
During the talks, the parties discussed the training of new metro specialists, the advanced training and development of existing staff, the implementation of relevant educational programs, and the improvement of practical training.
Particular attention was paid to the exchange of experience in personnel training and the study of advanced international educational methods. The prospects for their application in the Tashkent Metro were also discussed.
The meeting participants discussed the use of modern technologies and innovative approaches in metro operations, regular employee training, and the development of a talent pool for the industry. Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in further strengthening long-term cooperation between Uzbekistan and China in the area of training and professional development for metro specialists.
