Starting November 1, gas tariffs for the heating season come into effect for the population
From November through February, the basic natural gas tariff for the population applies within the limit of 500 cubic meters per month instead of the previous 100. Any volume exceeding this norm is calculated at the increased rates of the heating season.

Gas Tariffs for the Heating Season Take Effect for the Population Starting November 1
What changes for consumers
From November to February, the monthly basic natural gas consumption norm is set at 500 cubic meters per household. In the remaining months — from March to October — it is 100 cubic meters.
For the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region, where the cold season begins earlier, the 500-cubic-meter norm has been in effect since October and remains until February.
How much gas costs for the population
According to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 243 dated May 15, 2026, the following VAT-inclusive tariffs for the population have been in effect since June 1 of this year.
During the heating season (November – February):
up to 500 cubic meters — 1,100 UZS per cubic meter;
from 501 to 2,500 cubic meters — 2,000 UZS per cubic meter;
from 2,501 to 5,000 cubic meters — 2,300 UZS per cubic meter;
from 5,001 to 10,000 cubic meters — 2,700 UZS per cubic meter;
over 10,000 cubic meters — 3,300 UZS per cubic meter.
Outside the heating season (March – October):
up to 100 cubic meters — 1,100 UZS per cubic meter;
from 101 to 2,500 cubic meters — 2,000 UZS per cubic meter;
from 2,501 to 5,000 cubic meters — 2,300 UZS per cubic meter;
from 5,001 to 10,000 cubic meters — 2,700 UZS per cubic meter;
over 10,000 cubic meters — 3,300 UZS per cubic meter.
How it works in practice
This is not a hard limit subject to sanctions if exceeded, but a threshold within which gas is calculated at the basic tariff of 1,100 UZS. Any volume above this norm is paid for at a higher tariff.
