"If the school is a garden of the future, the teacher is a skilled gardener who grows the saplings of hope in this place. A teacher is a river of affection, a spring of goodness, and a sun of enlightenment. Therefore, we will never tire of glorifying and appreciating the work of the employees of this responsible field.

Just ten years ago, the most difficult area in our social life, which troubled parents the most, was precisely the field of education and upbringing, and the owners of the most disparaged profession were teachers. Working hard together with you, we solved so many problems and overcame the obstacles and barriers before us. Currently, the field of education is becoming a rapidly developing sector, and teaching is becoming a prestigious profession," the congratulatory message reads.

Currently, 40 thousand teachers in our country receive a salary of 1 thousand dollars, and 1 thousand 500 of them receive more than 2 thousand dollars. This year, for the first time, 208 winners of the district and city stages of the "Teacher of the Year" competition, which was held in a new format, were awarded 616 million soums each. Such incentive mechanisms will also be introduced next year for the activities of kindergarten educators and technical school masters.

The fact that we have built kindergartens with 1 million 800 thousand places and schools with 1 million 500 thousand places in our country over the last ten years, and brought more than 10 thousand kindergartens and schools into a modern appearance, are unprecedented results in our history. The emergence of absolutely new types of educational institutions, such as Presidential, specialized, and creative schools, and the fact that the number of higher education institutions has grown from 77 to 205, with enrollment reaching 45 percent, is also certainly a major positive change.

The private sector is consistently developing in the field, and a healthy competitive environment is being formed. Most importantly, a new generation of educators capable of working, improving, and demonstrating their knowledge and qualifications in such conditions is emerging.

We can be justly proud of such huge achievements on the path of education reform.

Naturally, all of this serves to increase the quality and effectiveness of educational work. For example, it is extremely gratifying that in 2026, the students of our country won 228 medals at international olympiads, including our boys and girls taking high places at the international chemistry and informatics olympiads held in our country.

In order to encourage advanced educators, the Abdulla Avloniy State Prize will be established.
