Six dead and others injured in fire at Brooklyn building
The cause of the blaze is not yet clear, after 230 fire and emergency medical personnel went to the scene.

Six people have died after a major fire broke out in a residential building in Brooklyn, New York City, officials said.
Seven others were injured in the blaze, which happened early Thursday morning, the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) told US media.
In a statement seen by the BBC’s US partner CBS News, the FDNY said more than 230 fire and emergency medical personnel were dispatched to the scene near Sunset Park at about 01:40 local time (06:40 GMT).
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
A hazardous materials team was also sent because a lithium-ion battery was present, though it was not clear whether it was connected to the fire.
Emergency responders reportedly found on arrival that flames had spread through the building’s first and second floors.
The bodies of four of the people who died were found inside the building. Two others were found in critical condition and later died. US media reports differed on whether they died in hospital or while being transported there.
Among the seven survivors, injuries ranged from minor to serious.
