President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit Karakalpakstan. During the two-day trip, he will familiarize himself with new projects, as well as work on ensuring employment for the population and the improvement of mahallas. He will also hold a meeting on the development of the region.

The President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, will visit the Republic of Karakalpakstan, his press secretary Sherzod Asadov announced.
During the two-day trip, the head of state will review projects in the fields of industry, agriculture, education, medicine, transport, tourism, and sports, as well as efforts to ensure public employment and improve mahallas. In addition, the commissioning and launch of construction for a number of new projects are planned, the report said.
The President will also hold a meeting dedicated to the priority tasks of the comprehensive development of Karakalpakstan.
