Shavkat Mirziyoyev spoke about new programs in the fields of economics, medicine, and ecology.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev presented new initiatives in the economic, healthcare, and environmental areas.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev outlined key areas of national programs covering the development of healthcare, the economy, the environment, the legal system, and the mahalla institution.
The healthcare program includes plans to increase healthcare spending to 5% of GDP over the next five years, introduce state health insurance for all households, and attract at least five leading global clinics.
The economic program envisions attracting $450 billion in foreign investment over a decade, growing GDP to $300 billion by 2030, increasing per capita GDP to over $10,000, and creating 2 million high-paying jobs in industry.
The environmental program includes a complete transition to water-saving technologies across all cultivated areas within the next five years, increasing green space in urban centers to 30%, and protecting green spaces around public facilities. In the legal sphere, plans are underway to strengthen the independence of the judicial system and intensify the fight against cybercrime, the shadow economy, and violations of women's and children's rights.
The mahalla development program envisions it becoming the primary beneficiary of social projects: district budgets, investment, and infrastructure programs will be based on the needs of the population.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev has declared the next decade a period of national revival.
