After a grave tragedy involving a five-year-old girl occurred in Namangan, the National Social Protection Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan took the situation under its control.
According to her, from the very first days of the incident, the agency's specialists and psychologists have been working with the girl and her mother. The family is being provided with the necessary social and psychological assistance to overcome this difficult situation.
"The family will move to another city. They will be provided with housing and the necessary rehabilitation services. Full social assistance will be provided to the family. In particular, the girl's mother will be assisted in continuing her studies and finding employment," said Shahnoza Mirziyoyeva.
She announced that, if necessary, practical assistance will also be provided to the family in changing their surname. The main goal of these measures is to bring the girl and her relatives into a safe environment and to create the necessary conditions for them to start a new life.
This matter has also been taken under special control by the Presidential Administration. From the very first days of the event, relevant government agencies and responsible structures have been involved in the process.
"This crime will certainly not go unpunped," said Shahnoza Mirziyoyeva.
Currently, the most important task is to ensure the safety of the victimized child, restore her mental state, and provide comprehensive support to her family. At the same time, appropriate measures within the framework of the law are expected to be taken regarding the crime.
